1) Acceptance of terms

Welcome to MoneyToolsHQ (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing moneytoolshq.com (the “Site”) or using our calculators, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the Site.

2) Who may use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent you’re authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3) Informational use only (no professional advice)

Our calculators and guides are for information and education only. We do not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice. Results are based on assumptions and public thresholds that may change. Always verify with official sources or a qualified professional.

4) Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for: (a) accurate inputs to calculators; (b) complying with applicable laws; (c) safeguarding your device and connection. Do not rely on results as the sole basis for decisions of significant financial impact.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or overload our servers;
  • Bypass security or consent mechanisms;
  • Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or misleading purposes;
  • Frame or mirror the Site without written permission;
  • Use automated bots that degrade performance or violate robots rules.

We may suspend or block access for violations.

6) Intellectual property

The Site, tools, text, graphics, logos, and design are owned by MoneyToolsHQ or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes (or for internal business evaluation) in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7) User content & feedback

If you submit feedback, feature ideas, or messages, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without obligation to you. Do not submit content you don’t have rights to or that contains confidential information.

8) Third-party links, ads & partners

The Site may link to third-party sites, tools, or show advertising (e.g., AdSense/AdX). We don’t control or endorse third-party content and aren’t responsible for their practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9) Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be error-free, complete, or timely, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyToolsHQ and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; or decisions made or actions taken based on the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed US $100 (or the minimum amount permitted by law).

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneyToolsHQ from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.

12) Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law).

14) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/State—e.g., England & Wales] without regard to conflicts of law rules. Courts located in [City, Jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Optional arbitration clause (replace if desired): Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under [Arbitration Rules/Provider]. You and we waive class actions and agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity.

15) International users

You access the Site on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where you are located.

16) Severability & entire agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy and any posted policies (e.g., Cookie Policy), are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings.
